The Baja California Rattlesnake is found from Colonet in Baja California to Cabo San Lucas in Baja California Sur. It is also known from Islas Magdalena and Santa Margarita in the Pacific Ocean and Islas Carmen, Cerralvo, Coronados, Espíritu Santo, Pardo, Partida Sur, San Francisco, San José, and San Marcos in the Gulf of California.
