Green Anole
ORDER: SQUAMATA | FAMILY: POLYCHROTIDAE
The Green Anole is a native to the southeastern United States and has been introduced into coastal southern California. Within the Atlas region, this species can be found in Riverside, Orange, and San Diego counties. At the present time, it remains scattered in isolated populations usually associated with urban parks.
