Overview

The Southern Rubber Boa is found in isolated populations in pine-oak woodlands from the San Bernardino Mountains in San Bernardino County and the San Jacinto Mountains, Riverside County, in the vicinity of Idyllwild. The population from Mount Pinos is sometimes referred to the Southern Rubber Boa, but its taxonomic affinities need to be verified.
