The Desert Night Lizard found across the southwestern United States from southeastern Utah, southern Nevada, western Arizona, and southern California in the United States and northwestern Sonora in Mexico. Within the Atlas region, this species occurs across central Riverside County and into northeastern San Diego County, as far south as San Felipe Valley.
