Overview

The Brahminy Blindsnake is a native to southern Asia and has been introduced into southern California, as well as, Florida and Hawaii. Within the Atlas region, this species can be found in southern San Diego County and Orange counties, usually associated with parks or surburban housing. It has also been reported from the City of Ensenada, Baja California, and from urban areas of San Ignacio and La Paz, Baja California Sur.
