The Desert Horned Lizard is a wide-ranging species found throughout the deserts of western North America, from southeastern Oregon and southern Idaho to northeastern Baja California. Within the Atlas region, this species occurs in the desert provinces of Riverside, Imperial, and San Diego counties, southward to BahÃa San Luis Gonzaga, Baja California.
